eSIMply (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the eSIMply mobile application and this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process when you use our services and the choices available to you.

- Purchase and wallet information — records of in-app purchases processed by Apple or Google, wallet balance activity, and package redemption history. We do not receive your full payment card details; those are handled by the applicable app store.
- eSIM and order details — destination, package selection, activation status, and related provisioning data needed to deliver service via our connectivity partners.
- Device and usage information — device type, OS version, app version, language, crash diagnostics, and approximate usage analytics to keep the app reliable and improve performance.
- Support communications — messages you send to esimplysupport@gmail.com, including any details you choose to share.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, activate, and manage eSIM packages and wallet features
- Process purchases and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information.
