Delete your eSIMply account

Use this page to request that your eSIMply account and associated data are deleted.

This page applies to the eSIMply mobile app and related services operated under the eSIMply developer listing on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

How to request account deletion

Follow these steps:

  1. Email esimplysupport@gmail.com from the address linked to your eSIMply account (or the address you used with Google / other sign-in).
  2. Use the subject line: eSIMply account deletion request.
  3. Include enough information for us to verify the account, such as:
    • The email or username used to sign in
    • Whether you signed up with Google, email/password, or another method
    • Approximate signup date or a recent order / package reference if you have one
  4. We will confirm receipt, verify ownership of the account, and process the deletion request.

Typical processing time is within 30 days after we verify the request. We may contact you if we need more information to confirm your identity.

Data retained for these purposes is not used to recreate your deleted account or to market to you.

Active eSIMs and service impact

Deleting your account closes the eSIMply account used to manage packages and wallet features. Active eSIM connectivity already installed on your device may continue on the carrier / partner network until the package data or validity period ends, but you will lose in-app management after deletion. Account deletion does not automatically refund past purchases; refunds are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play policies where applicable.

No account yet / guest use

If you never created an eSIMply account, there may be no account to delete. You can still email esimplysupport@gmail.com to request deletion of any personal data you believe we hold (for example from a support message).
